🇲🇾 Immigration guide

Malaysia immigration and settlement routes

Main long-term entry routes include the Employment Pass, Residence Pass-Talent, the post-study Graduate Pass, a long-term social visit pass for a spouse of a Malaysian citizen, MM2H and PVIP. A renewable long-term pass does not itself equal permanent residence; permanent residence requires a separate Entry Permit, while naturalisation generally involves MyPR, at least ten years of residence accumulated within the preceding twelve years and Malay-language ability.
