Innovative start-up residence permit

A start-up founder works with an RVO-recognised reliable facilitator under a guidance agreement and follows a staged business plan for an innovative product, technology or organisational method. The applicant must actively operate the business rather than merely invest and must register with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce. The permit lasts up to one year and cannot be extended; continued stay requires meeting the self-employed route.
