Job Seeker Permit for Recent Graduates and Researchers
A normally one-year permit for eligible graduates, people completing supplementary recognition education and certain researchers who need time to find qualifying work. Work is allowed while seeking a job but self-employment is not. This period does not count toward permanent residence, so a qualifying work permit must follow.
