Skilled Worker with an Employer in Norway

A work residence permit for a third-country national with relevant vocational or higher education, or comparable special qualifications, and a qualifying job with a specific Norwegian employer. The job is normally at least 80% and must require the applicant's skills; pay and conditions must be normal in Norway. A permit is not itself permanent residence, but qualifying work residence commonly counts toward the three-year route.
